本说明只针对本站的“登记”表单、试点申请和免费开发申请，适用于所有访问者，无论你在哪个国家或地区。我们的浏览器扩展各有单独的隐私政策，见扩展与隐私政策。

我们是谁

负责处理这些信息的是数与理（杭州）数字科技有限公司，注册在中国杭州。按欧盟 GDPR 的说法，我们是数据控制者。联系方式见文末。

我们收集什么

你填写的	邮箱和想做的产品类型；申请试点时，还有你想解决的问题和用户是谁（必填）、打算怎么做出来（选填）；申请免费开发时，还有你认领的机会名称或你自己的想法，以及你同意免费开发条款的时间；申请试点或免费开发时，你选填的公开队列昵称；界面语言。
你之后发给我们的	免费开发上架后，你按条款每周发来的商店后台统计（曝光、安装、卸载等）。不含扩展用户的个人数据。
自动记录的	你从哪个页面来（来源链接）；登记时间和申请试点的时间（试点按申请时间排队）。为防刷，我们把 IP 地址加盐后做单向哈希，只保存 1 小时，用来限制同一来源每小时最多提交 20 次；不保存原始 IP。
不收集的	不用第三方统计或广告追踪，不设广告 Cookie。我们自己只数页面被打开了几次：按日期、页面和链接里的来源标记（如 ?src=en-li）计数，不记你的 IP、设备或 Cookie，也无法对应到具体的人。首页字体从 Google Fonts 加载，你的浏览器会因此连接 Google 的服务器。

用来做什么

正式上线时通知你，并兑现早鸟承诺。
你申请了试点：按申请先后排队，给你做研判并发送研判文档。你提交的描述只用于给你做研判，不会公开。我们不需要你的具体方案，也请不要填写。
你申请了免费开发：按确认先后排队，评估后做到上架并维护一个月；用你发来的后台统计验证我们的方法，并按条款写成公开案例（你可以选择匿名）。
你认领的机会名称会显示在官网的“已被认领”列表里，避免别人重复认领；不显示你的邮箱、名字或其他信息。
排队是公开的（公开队列）：只显示你自己选填的昵称（没填显示“匿名”）、确认日期、名次和状态，免费开发还显示你认领的机会名称；不显示邮箱和你写的想法。已交付的保留 30 天，退订后立即从队列里消失。昵称可以随时在排队链接里修改或清空。
统计大家想做哪些类型的产品，决定下一步先覆盖哪个市场（只看汇总数字）。

处理依据是你的同意，也就是表单上的勾选。你可以随时撤回，撤回不影响此前已经进行的处理。

我们主动写信联系的开发者

我们每周会给少量 Chrome 扩展开发者单独写一封信，介绍免费研判和免费开发。用到的只有你在 Chrome 应用商店详情页公开的开发者联系邮箱，以及扩展名称、用户数、评分和公开评论等公开信息；不购买名单，不猜测地址，不把你加进任何邮件列表。为了挑选写信对象，我们的程序会读取用户数在 1 千到 10 万之间的扩展的详情页，记下这个公开邮箱；没有给你写信的，读到的邮箱最多保存 90 天后清除。这些资料保存在我们在中国的办公电脑上；信由我们本人逐封看过后，从我们在网易企业邮箱（中国）开的 hello@numberandreason.com 发出；起草时会用到 Anthropic（美国）的模型，发给它的只有写这封信需要的资料（你的公开邮箱和扩展的公开信息）。回复“退订”或“unsubscribe”，我们会把你的邮箱记进“不再联系”名单，以后不再写信。写过信的记录保留 12 个月；“不再联系”名单为了让你不再收到信而长期保留。处理依据是我们介绍服务的正当利益；你可以随时反对，效果同退订。

我们不出售你的信息，也不分享给任何第三方做营销或广告。

信息存在哪里、谁会接触到

不论你身在哪里，登记信息都存放在新加坡的服务器上，邮件经美国发送。为了给你做研判、回复你的来信，部分内容还会在中国（我们自己的办公邮箱和电脑、DeepSeek）和美国（Anthropic）处理。服务器和邮件服务商只按我们的指示处理，不会拿去做别的用途；模型服务商按各自开放平台（API）的条款处理，我们只发研判和回复需要的内容：

AI 模型服务	杭州深度求索人工智能基础技术研究有限公司（DeepSeek，中国）；Anthropic PBC（美国；欧洲经济区和英国用户对应 Anthropic Ireland, Limited）用途：联网研判你的想法；给你的来信分类并起草回复（每封回复都由我们本人看过、确认后才发出）涉及的信息：研判时只发你写的想法，不含邮箱；处理来信时包括邮件内容和发件地址联系方式：privacy@deepseek.com；privacy@anthropic.com

这意味着你的信息会离开你所在的国家或地区，而这些地方的数据保护法律可能和你所在地不同。我们把这件事写在表单的勾选旁边，勾选即表示你同意这种传输（包括上面列出的新加坡、美国、中国三地；对中国大陆用户，这就是《个人信息保护法》要求的出境单独同意；对欧洲经济区和英国用户，这是 GDPR 下的明确同意）。不同意也没关系，可以不登记，直接发邮件给我们。

保存多久

提交后需要点确认邮件里的链接，登记才生效；没确认的，14 天内自动删除（含备份）。
登记信息保存到你退订或要求删除为止。
申请试点时勾选了“交付后删除”（默认勾选）：研判交付后，删除你提交的描述，只保留邮箱。
免费开发：你发来的后台统计原始文件，在上架后 90 天的共享期结束后 30 天内删除；已发布案例里的汇总数字会保留。
研判用的本机副本（你写的想法）：研判交付后 30 天内删除；交付后删除描述的规则同样适用于服务器。
你发给 hello@numberandreason.com 的邮件和我们的回复：我们电脑上的副本收到后 12 个月内自动删除；办公邮箱里的往来邮件最长保存 24 个月。
退订后 30 天内自动删除全部记录（含备份）。
如果我们停止这项服务，会在停止后 30 天内删除全部登记数据。

你的权利

不论你在哪里，你都可以：

退订：登记后的每封邮件底部都有退订链接，点一下即生效。
查看、获取副本：我们会把保存的你的全部信息发给你。
更正：用同一邮箱再提交一次表单（确认后生效），或发邮件给我们。
删除、撤回同意、反对或限制处理。
投诉：你可以向所在地的数据保护机构投诉。

除退订外，其他请求都发邮件到 hello@numberandreason.com，我们在 15 个工作日内处理并回复你。你对新加坡服务器和美国邮件服务商处理的信息，也找我们办理即可。

未成年人

这项服务面向开发者和创业者，不面向 16 岁以下的人，我们不会有意收集他们的信息。如果发现误收，会立即删除。

Privacy notice: waitlist, pilots and free builds

This notice covers only the sign-up form, pilot requests and free build requests on this site, and applies to everyone, wherever you are. Our browser extensions each have their own privacy policy, see extensions & privacy policies.

Who we are

Number & Reason (Hangzhou) Digital Technology Co Ltd, registered in Hangzhou, China, is responsible for this information (the data controller under the GDPR). Contact details are at the end.

What we collect

You give us	Your email and the kind of product you want to build; for a pilot, also the problem you want to solve and for whom (required) and how you plan to build it (optional); for a free build, the opportunity you claim or your own idea, and when you agreed to the free build terms; for a pilot or a free build, the optional nickname for the public queue; your interface language.
You send us later	For a free build, the store dashboard statistics (impressions, installs, uninstalls and so on) you send weekly after launch under the terms. No personal data of the extension's users.
Recorded automatically	The page you came from, and when you signed up and applied for a pilot (pilots are queued by application time). To stop spam we keep a salted one-way hash of your IP address for one hour, to allow at most 20 submissions per hour from one source. We don't store your IP address.
Not collected	No third-party analytics, ad tracking or advertising cookies. We only count page views ourselves: a number per day, page and the source tag in the link (such as ?src=en-li). We do not store your IP address, device or any cookie, and the counts cannot be tied to a person. The home page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers.

What we use it for

To tell you when we launch and honor the early-bird offer.
If you asked for a pilot: to queue you in order of application, run the verdict and send you the document. What you write is used only to produce your verdict and is never published. We don't need your solution, so please don't include it.
If you asked for a free build: to queue you in order of confirmation, assess the request, build it through to launch and maintain it for a month; to validate our method with the statistics you send, and write the public case study under the terms (anonymous if you choose).
The name of the opportunity you claim is shown in the site's "claimed" list so nobody else claims it; your email, name and other details are never shown.
The queues are public (public queue): they show only the nickname you chose, if any (otherwise “anonymous”), the date you confirmed, your place and status, and for a free build the opportunity you claimed; never your email or what you wrote. Delivered entries stay for 30 days, and you disappear from the queue as soon as you unsubscribe. You can change or clear the nickname any time from your queue link.
To count which kinds of products people want to build, so we can choose which market to cover next (aggregate numbers only).

We rely on your consent, given with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time; that doesn't affect processing that happened before.

Developers we write to

Each week we write individually to a small number of Chrome extension developers about our free verdicts and free builds. We use only the developer contact email you published on your Chrome Web Store listing, plus public details such as the extension's name, user count, rating and public reviews; we never buy lists, guess addresses or add you to a mailing list. To choose whom to write to, our software reads the listing pages of extensions with 1,000 to 100,000 users and records that public address; if we don't write to you, the address is deleted after at most 90 days. This information is kept on our office computers in China. Every email is read by one of us before it goes out from hello@numberandreason.com, which is hosted by NetEase enterprise mail (China). We use Anthropic's models (United States) to help draft the emails and send them only what that email needs (your public address and the extension's public details). Reply "unsubscribe" and we put your address on our do-not-contact list and won't write again. We keep a record of the emails we sent for 12 months; the do-not-contact list is kept for as long as needed to make sure you aren't contacted again. We rely on our legitimate interest in introducing our service; you can object at any time, which works the same as unsubscribing.

We don't sell your personal information or share it with anyone for marketing or advertising.

Where it's stored and who can access it

Wherever you are, sign-up data is stored on a server in Singapore and emails are sent through the United States. To produce your verdict and answer your emails, some of it is also processed in China (our own office mailbox and computers, DeepSeek) and the United States (Anthropic). The server and email providers process it only on our instructions; the AI model providers process it under their API terms, and we send them only what the verdict or reply needs:

This means your information leaves your country or region, and the data protection laws there may differ from yours. We say so next to the checkbox on the form, and ticking it means you agree to this transfer (to Singapore, the United States and China as listed above; for users in the EEA and UK, this is explicit consent under the GDPR; for users in mainland China, it is the separate consent required by the Personal Information Protection Law). If you don't agree, don't sign up; you can email us instead.

How long we keep it

A sign-up only takes effect once you click the link in the confirmation email. Unconfirmed requests are deleted within 14 days, backups included.
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
If you ticked “delete once delivered” when applying for a pilot (ticked by default), we delete what you wrote when the verdict is delivered and keep only your email.
Free builds: the raw statistics files you send are deleted within 30 days after the 90-day sharing period ends; aggregate numbers in a published case study are kept.
The copy of your idea on our computers is deleted within 30 days after the verdict is delivered; “delete once delivered” applies on the server as before.
Mail you send to hello@numberandreason.com and our replies: the copy on our computers is deleted automatically within 12 months of receipt; the exchange in our office mailbox is kept for at most 24 months.
Records are deleted automatically within 30 days of unsubscribing, backups included.
If we shut this service down, we delete all sign-up data within 30 days.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can:

Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of every email after you sign up. It takes effect immediately.
Get a copy of everything we hold about you.
Correct your details: submit the form again with the same email (it applies once you confirm), or email us.
Have your data deleted, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict processing.
Complain to your local data protection authority.

For anything other than unsubscribing, email hello@numberandreason.com. We'll handle it and reply within 15 working days, including for data held by our server and email providers.

Children

This service is for developers and founders and is not directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information and will delete it if we find we have.
